I use it to refresh my curls on the 2nd and 3rd day. Its great! My hair never looked this good. It does not weight down my hair, controls the frizz and makes it look fresh.

Like most products I use on my fine wavy/curly shoulder length hair, it took a few tries to figure out how to use it on my particular curls. Once I worked out the application timing, it is now my regular refresher. On wash day, I will apply right before my hair is completely dry to lock in my curls and I finish with the diffuser. I use a combo of different CGM shampoos, conditioners, creams, and gels depending on weather and how my hair responds. For refresh days; I scrunch in one pump at a time throughout. I massage my scalp with product on my fingertips and that gives me some lift/volume at the crown. If any section is wonky, I will either do prayer hands application and scrunch or twirl around my finger and clip curl to 'dry' while I finish dressing. The lavender essence is a pleasant addition.
