All orders are shipped out from California, U.S. Orders with standard shipping usually take 4-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your package is fulfilled. You can track your package through delivery carrier’s website with the tracking number provided.
Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws.

4. If the local office of your delivery carrier answers you that they didn't locate the package, open a claim and follow their instructions.

CANCELLATION, MISSING ITEMS, RETURNS & DAMAGES
We at Comebackdude work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, return label is not provided by Come BackDude if you decide to return/exchange item due to change of mind.
If you have received defected, damaged or wrong items, please let us know immediately, we will arrange to send a replacement as soon as possible.
If you would like to exchange/return your purchase, please send us an email with your order information to process further. Once your return/exchange request is accepted by our team, please send your order back in original condition within 7 days of receiving your product(s). After that time, per our return policy, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. This is due to the nature of our business and the products we sell. Partial refunds in certain circumstances maybe granted at the sole discretion of the company.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Yes, we do offer exchange a product in some cases but the product you are exchanging must be unopened /unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping label for returning is not provided unless exchange is due to defection or error.

You can earn points even when purchasing E-Gift Cards, however, you will not earn points when redeeming an E-Gift Card. Points can only be earned on products purchased on our website (www.comebackdude.com).

Minimum of 200 ComeBack points are needed in order to redeem.
You will be able to choose the amount you want to redeem, and you will be given the discount code you can use at the check-out. You can also choose “apply discount code” to have it automatically applied to your shopping cart. You will see your discount code applied when you check out.
