Please be advised that all electronics and items on sale are not returnable and ineligible for return / exchange.
Returns of unopened / unused / resalable items may be requested for refund / store credit / exchange within 30 days of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or returned more than 7 days after return/exchange was approved will not be accepted
If you would like to exchange/return your purchase, please send us an email with your order information to process further. Once your return/exchange request is accepted by our team, please send your order back in original condition within 7 days.
Please note that there is a 15% of restocking fee for all returns. The shipping fees and return-shipping fees are non-refundable.
After 30 days, per our return policy, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. This is due to the nature of our business and the products we sell. Partial refunds in certain circumstances may be granted at the sole discretion of the company.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund / store credit /exchange has been approved. If so, your requested method for returned items will be processed within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unopened / unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or returned more than 30 days after purchase date will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, a return label is not provided by Come Back Dude if you decide to return/exchange items due to a change of mind.
Shipping fee paid for the order is not refundable.
If you have received defected, damaged or wrong items, please let us know immediately within 3 business days after your package is received, please ensure to keep the products as we will ask you to send us the image of the products so we can assist you accordingly.
