For any products arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at your earliest convenience within 3 business days after package is delivered. We will setup to send a replacement as soon as we communicate with you.
Please be advised that all electronics and items on sale are not returnable and ineligible for return / exchange.
If you would like to exchange/return your purchase, please send us an email with your order information to process further. Once your return/exchange request is accepted by our team, please send your order back in original condition within 7 days of receiving your product(s). After that time, per our return policy, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. This is due to the nature of our business and the products we sell. Partial refunds in certain circumstances may be granted at the sole discretion of the company.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unopened / unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, return label is not provided by Come Back Dude if you decide to return/exchange item due to change of mind.
Shipping fee paid for the order is not refundable.
