I use set it free on wash days (once while hair is halfway dry and again once hair is completely dry). As second day refresher (following a water/conditioner spray mixture when hair is damp). On the days when the humidity is high. Check check check!

This spray is like a miracle worker for my hair. I spray it immediately after towel drying my hair after shower. I proceed to do other things (dry up, moisturizer body, change) and then come back to use a wide tooth comb on my hair and voila! TANGLE FREE!!
