I'm a 50 year old guy with thick grey hair. This stuff works great to slick it down a bit without being stiff. Also smells great. I hate hair gel or anything sticky. This feels great. Also lasts a long time. Just a tiny bit does the trick. It smooths my hair down making it soft but not greasy.
