I like Deva products. I have some really difficult curly hair and it really helps me care for t and keep it under control. The only thing I have a problem with when using Deva products is the smell of them. Most of the products have a weird smell, like baby powder, which I don't like.

This is an excellent conditioner for my 2C hair. Itโ€™s light enough that my hair isnโ€™t weighed down, but not so light that I have frizz.

I got this conditioner last week, and I am completely in love. After being aggressive with my hair so many times, I decided to invest my time and money to heal my hair and this conditioner is helping a LOT!

I'd like to preface my review by saying that I do not use this as a conditioner as it isn't heavy/strong enough for my overabundant, fine textured, color treated and highlighted, 100% grey, 2C/3A/3B hair. Instead, I like it as part of my second day hair refresh. I first spritz on a watered down (50% product/50%water) refresher spray (like Mister Right) and then take about a quarter sized dollop of this and scrunch it in my damp curls. What this does is smooths and softens my poofy, slightly frizzy bed-head hair into tamed curls and waves even after tossing and turning all night.

My hair loves this stuff! Smells amazing. It's a thick consistency but works great on my hair. I use it every other week with along "Melt into Moisture". It is a protein treatment so I wouldn't necessarily recommend it if your hair is protein sensitive.
