Your satisfaction is our goal. For any return, exchange, or order issue, email support@comebackdude.com. Our team aims to reply to every email within 24 hours.
RETURN WINDOW
Returns and exchanges must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery. Items returned more than 15 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Email support@comebackdude.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
2. Wait for our approval. Please do not ship items back before your request is accepted.
3. Ship the item(s) back with your receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we are unable to guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
5. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 30 days.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Every returned item is carefully inspected upon receipt. If any item within a return shipment is found to be opened, shows signs of use, or has been altered in any way — including repackaged, refilled, or substituted — the entire return will be deemed ineligible for a refund, regardless of the condition of other items in the same shipment. We take product integrity seriously and appreciate your understanding.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Sale items: items marked as on sale at the time of purchase
- Electronics
- Opened, used, or altered items
- Items not in their original condition or original packaging, or with missing parts (unless caused by our error)
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
Regular-priced items purchased with a discount code are not sale items and follow the standard return policy above.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS: RESTOCKING FEE & RETURN SHIPPING
For returns made due to a change of mind or personal preference — rather than a product defect or fulfillment error — a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping labels are not provided for change-of-mind returns; customers arrange and pay for return shipping.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@comebackdude.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the product. We will arrange a replacement after reviewing the issue with you. No restocking fee applies, and ComeBackDude covers the shipping cost for items that arrived damaged or defective.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances at the sole discretion of the company.
If you have any questions about your return eligibility before shipping, please contact us at support@comebackdude.com — we are happy to help.
